We use clarified butter to prepare all types of culinary delights and we specialize in Old Delhi*s famous delicacies like chaat papri, gol gappe, kalmi wada chat, chilla, raj kachori, aaloo tiki(stuffed with mattar, paneer and dry fruits) amongst others.
