Gauri*s have been making kulfi in the old city since a decade of years. A visit to Gauri*s is always a highlight of any trip to Old Delhi. Gauri*s still produce their kulfi in exactly the same low-tech fashion as they have always done. Everything is done by hand and the only thing that has changed since then is the arrival of giant Ice Boxes. We use the best ingredients like creamy buffalo milk comes from dairies from Uttar Pradesh, a very specific type of pistachio - Peshawri Pista, Cardamom and the branded long safforn stems.
